Our Programs

Our yoga hikes are designed to be accessible and exciting for every body. We create a welcoming atmosphere that is appropriate for all levels – even if you’ve never been on a hike or taken a yoga class. Whether you’re planning a corporate event and want us to bring the yoga studio to you, or you want to schedule a private yoga hike for your vacation or special occasion,  Roam and Om wants to help you realize your vision for wellness and fun.

Don’t have time for a hike? No sweat – we have a fondness for adventure. Roam and Om can bring yoga to you at your house, yard, vacation rental, place of business, wedding venue, or wherever you choose. Like our yoga hikes, these customized yoga classes at your location are convenient and fun, perfect for client or employee appreciation events, bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, or whatever is bringing you and your people together.

Public Yoga Hikes

Our public yoga hikes are great for individuals and smaller groups. A yoga hike is a fabulous way to explore Vermont if you are looking for something fun, unique and relaxing to do.

All Roam and Om yoga hikes are approximately 2 miles round trip in length through beautiful natural settings where you can relax and have fun. The hikes vary somewhat in elevation gain and difficulty, so take a look below to find the perfect adventure for you and yours. All of our hikes are within a 30 minute drive of Burlington, Vermont.

Our private yoga hikes are great for groups or couples looking for a more personalized experience. Yoga Hikes are a perfect option for groups celebrating special occasions or whatever is bringing you and your people together.

Private Group & Corporate

Want to enhance your group or corporate event with some relaxation and wellness? Roam and Om can bring the yoga studio to you, wherever you are. As long as there is space for a mat, there is space for your mind, body, and soul to stretch wide. You provide the location – your own home, vacation rental, office or special spot – and we provide the mats, props, and yoga instruction. 

Our classes can be catered to your group’s needs for a calming, fun experience that will leave everyone with a smile.

The Benefits of Outdoor Yoga

There is no shortage of evidence that being outdoors has great benefits for our bodies and minds. Just a few minutes a day can generate incredible wellness outcomes, including reduced stress and increased positivity and happiness. 

But it’s not just self-improvement that you can gain from time spent in nature. One study linked exposure to nature with an improvement in community cohesion - excellent evidence for getting your team or family into outdoor environments as a unit. 

At Roam and Om, we could wax poetic about the benefits of yoga for hours. Like any form of movement, it has an abundance of positive impacts on your physical body: better flexibility, and more strength, and reduced inflammation and back pain. Practicing yoga has also been known to improve sleep and even encourage healthy dietary choices. The mental health benefits of yoga often align with those achieved by time in nature, including decreased stress and anxiety.
